We are pleased to confirm our keynote speech will be delivered by Ian Burns, founding director of Cameron Homes. Ian has also been appointed to the board of Tara Developments and is a non-executive director of the New Homes Quality Board and a senior advisor to the Housing Growth Partnership. Ian will provide an insight from the point of view of one of the West Midlands’ best known housebuilders into the current challenges and opportunities in the housebuilding sector, including reflections on the recent Planning and Infrastructure Bill.
