We would like to officially invite you to the Lodders Property Conference 2025 on 14 May.
We are pleased to confirm our keynote speech will be delivered by Ian Burns, founding director of Cameron Homes. Ian has also been appointed to the board of Tara Developments and is a non-executive director of the New Homes Quality Board and a senior advisor to the Housing Growth Partnership. Ian will provide an insight from the point of view of one of the West Midlands’ best known housebuilders into the current challenges and opportunities in the housebuilding sector, including reflections on the recent Planning and Infrastructure Bill.
Hamish Simmie, associate director in the residential research and consultancy team at Savills will also be with us to share Savills’ latest market intelligence on the residential development land sector.
With biodiversity net gain being a hot topic, we will be diving into the details with our panel, featuring:
