Short bio:
I am a senior associate in the Business Property team at Lodders.
I advise on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including investment acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, corporate support, landlord and tenant, and development work. I also deal with land acquisitions and disposals for small-scale/bespoke residential developments.
I enjoy working with a varied client base including private individuals, SMEs, farm partnerships, lending institutions, charities, not for profit organisations, and established developers.
Effective and regular communication, attention to detail, innovative problem solving and commercial awareness are some of the important skills I bring to each instruction to ensure that the client’s objectives are met on time without compromising the quality of service.
