I am a senior associate in the Real Estate group.
I specialise in commercial property and act for investor clients in connection with their acquisitions and disposals. I also deal with landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, licences, surrenders, wayleaves. I act for a range of clients including major retailers, investor clients with large property portfolios, and smaller companies that need assistance with a one-off property purchase or advice on renewing the lease of their business premises.
I am approachable, reliable and hard working and I enjoy working closely with clients to achieve a good end result for them.
