Short bio:
I am a partner in Lodders’ Commercial team.
I am an expert in commercial law and regularly advise clients on commercial contracts (including technology and media contracts) intellectual property and data protection issues. My clients are usually UK-based, many of which are SME’s/OMB’s in various sectors including manufacturing, software, e-commerce and technology, media and telecommunications. That said, I have also acted for a number of international clients alongside funded start-ups.
I had a brief stint as an Estate Agent. I also ran a wedding function band for many years while studying to become a solicitor.
I am based across our Stratford, Birmingham and Cheltenham offices
