Short bio:
I work as a consultant with Lodders, advising clients on highways, public rights of way, compulsory purchase, common land and village greens. The clients I work with tend to be private individuals or housebuilders.
I am a member of the National Stakeholder Working Party on public rights of way and I have written a book called ‘An Introduction to Highway Law’ (now in its third edition) as well as numerous articles on highway law.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
