The CoventryLive Business Awards celebrate and recognise the top companies and organisations across the city region.
The city’s Coventry Building Society Arena played host to the event which made a welcome return after it had to be cancelled in 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic.
TV broadcaster and weather presenter Emma Jesson led the proceedings which saw 12 different awards handed out. The NSPCC was the benefitting charity with thousands collected by a raffle and silent auction on the night.
The judging panel was chaired by Marc Reeves, Midlands’ marketplace publisher for CoventryLive’s and BusinessLive’s owner Reach plc. He was joined by Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce’s trade director Ajay Desai, CityFibre’s regional partnership director Leigh Hunt and Barclays’ business banking regional manager Kurt Pollard.
Shortlisted for the award were Armstrongs Chartered Accountants and Gallagher UK both Coventry based firms. The award recognises our great team at Lodders and the strength of the firm over the last year and we were delighted to be awarded the trophy. It was also a wonderful opportunity to catch up with other businesses from across the Warwickshire region after such a long time with no face-to-face events!
