Meet Vivienne Middleton
Vivienne Middleton is acting head and partner in the Family Law team. An expert in matrimonial finance and children law, she supports clients to resolve the most complex financial remedy and children disputes at all stages, from interim applications through to multi-day final hearings and appeals. She also advises on cohabitation agreements, and pre and post-nuptial agreements.
Vivienne has particular expertise in high-net-worth matrimonial finance cases, many of which involve pensions, businesses, farms, landed estates and trusts. She also specialises in complex private law children work, including national and international relocation of children.
Meet Justin Creed
A family law expert and collaborative lawyer, Justin Creed advises clients on a broad range of matrimonial and family matters including financial issues, pre and postnuptial agreements and children matters. His clients are wide-ranging, from high net worth individuals to farming clients and business owners. Justin uses his legal knowledge and more than 30 years’ practical experience to obtain the very best outcome for his clients.
Meet Baldish Khatkar
Baldish Khatkar is a senior associate solicitor in the Family Law team, specialising in divorce, financial matters, children’s work, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She advises and acts for clients from all walks of life and with varying levels of wealth, bringing an empathetic but outcome-focused approach. She is bi-lingual -fluent in Punjabi, and with conversational Hindi and Urdu.
Baldish is also a trustee of the Lodders Charitable Foundation, the treasurer for Resolution West Midlands Chapter and a trained Mental Health First Aider.
Meet Katie Hurst
An associate in the Family Law team, Katie Hurst specialises in divorce and financial matters, children matters, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She works with clients from all different backgrounds and varying levels of wealth – some with complex financial circumstances, and others with straightforward finances who just need help reaching a fair agreement for all parties involved.
