Short bio:
I am an associate in Lodders’ Real Estate group. Within this role, I assist James Mottram with residential development client matters.
I joined Lodders in March 2023, having previously worked for other firms in Birmingham. I used to work at an international firm, which enabled me to work on a Canadian real estate scheme.
My favourite parts of my job include investigating titles and conducting due diligence/handling technical queries.
Although I have always worked in the legal sector, my first role was as a legal secretary. I feel that you can only really appreciate what someone else does when you have walked in their shoes, which is why I deeply value everything the secretaries at Lodders do for me.
I have a young family, which keeps me busy and motivates me to get up very early, so I can have some time to myself in the morning!
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
