Short bio:
I am a senior associate in Lodders’ Real Estate team.
I specialise in residential and commercial development transactions. I act for private sector developers and land promoters on all aspects of the development process from site acquisition and strategic land assembly, funding, build-out, and the subsequent disposal. I also act for landowners on a variety of strategic land matters including option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional contracts, and overage arrangements, and the more imminent disposals of development land. The scope and scale of such transactions has varied from developments of just one or two units through to the more involved and complex transactions involving the creation of new settlements and garden villages in larger residential/mixed use developments.
I have been named a “Rising star” in the Legal 500 UK Solicitors 2022 and an “Associate to watch” in the Chambers UK 2022 Guide.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
