Short bio:
I am a corporate and commercial solicitor in Lodders’ Business Services group, having completed my training contract at Lodders in 2022.
My role includes working with our clients in mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and EMI schemes as well as occasionally assisting our commercial partner with commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection.
I enjoy the collaborative aspect of being a corporate lawyer so that I can better understand the priorities of our individual and corporate clients and help them to develop their business or realise their business aspirations.
Outside of work, I volunteer, lead various teams and support Mosaic Church, which is the church I regularly attend.
