Short bio:
I am a senior associate in Lodders’ Real Estate Group.
I specialise in advising clients on matters relating to residential development and strategic land transactions. These can range from sites suitable to develop one or two new dwellings, to larger-scale sites suitable for several hundred new dwellings.
I act on behalf of landowners, developers and promoters on a variety of transactions including conditional and unconditional contracts, promotion agreements, option agreements and overage deeds and will be involved from the negotiation of the heads of terms through to the eventual land sale/purchase and beyond. These transactions involve working collaboratively with land agents, tax advisers, lenders and all parties’ respective solicitors to reach the end goal.
Prior to specialising in residential development and strategic land transactions, I also advised clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant matters (whether acting on behalf of landlord or tenant) and investment sales and purchases (whether acting on behalf of a buyer, seller or lender). I also have experience in more general matters including first registrations and general title due diligence.
I am heavily involved in the drafting and ongoing maintenance of the residential development and strategic land suite of documentation for landowners and developers alike used by the team, ensuring that the documents reflect the latest market conditions and aims and aspirations of our clients.

My career highlights
- Starting at Lodders as a Paralegal straight from law school in October 2014 though to promotion to Associate in July 2021.
