Short bio:
I am Lodders’ training and development manager.
I joined Lodders in November 2023, and this is my first role within the legal sector.
In my role, I am responsible for coordinating and supporting the professional development and training needs of all employees across all areas of the firm. I enjoy making a difference and feeling a sense of accomplishment when helping others.
In my spare time, I am a member of the Sutton Coldfield Society of Artists.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
