Short bio:
I am a Legal Director in the Dispute Resolution team.
I specialise in residential property disputes from boundary disputes to adverse possession, landlord and tenant disputes, housing management issues for social and private landlords, residential disrepair, and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act (TOLATA) claims.
I enjoy working through complicated problems, helping my clients to find solutions that are workable and cost effective.
I am member of the Social Housing Law Association and on the committee of Kindaid, a fundraising group which holds activities and events to raise money for projects alleviating poverty in the UK and overseas.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
