I am a Legal Director in Lodders’ Real Estate group.
I advise clients on the sale and purchase of residential properties and associated transactions as well as housebuilders and housing associations on residential development setup and plot sale processes and procedures.
I work with a variety of clients including private individuals and developers to help them achieve their goals by finding solutions to any obstacles that arise and progressing transactions efficiently and in accordance with any requirements and timescales agreed.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
