Mark Miller

Short bio:

I am a partner and head of Lodders’ Real Estate group.

I deal with a broad spectrum of complex and substantial commercial and residential property development matters. My work encompasses the acquisition of development sites throughout the UK, funding, build-out and disposal. I have particular experience in negotiating strategic land matters and I am recognised regionally for my expertise in complex options, promotion and hybrid agreements, conditional contracts, development agreements, overage agreements, and collaboration agreements.

I also undertake a considerable amount of non-contentious landlord and tenant work, particularly on the retail, storage and distribution side and have extensive experience with renewable energy, with particular expertise in onshore wind turbine and large-scale, ground-mounted solar PV schemes.

I also act for a broad client base of developers, investors and end-users, including large national and multinational clients.
