Short bio:
I am a senior associate in Lodders Care & Capacity team and a member of the firm’s Private Client department.
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and specialise in advising elderly and vulnerable clients (and their families and friends) on the Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney and care funding matters, often working closely alongside accountants and financial advisors to help individuals plan ahead.
I am a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly) as well as an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (‘STEP’). As a specialist in supporting individuals with future planning I work closely alongside The Thalidomide Trust to support its beneficiaries, and I am recognised by the National Autistic Society as a specialist solicitor and also recognised as a ‘Dementia Friend’.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon and Henley in Arden
