Short bio:
I am a partner and head of the Property Dispute Resolution team.
I advise clients on a broad range of contentious property matters. I specialise in all disputes relating to land or property including boundary disputes, party walls, easements including rights of way, restrictive covenants and ownership of land including proprietary estoppel. I also advise on issues arising from Promotion Agreements, Option Agreements, overage and other development related problems. I particularly enjoy commercial landlord and tenant work including 1954 Act, dilapidations and service charges.
In addition I advise on property related professional negligence issues against property professionals.
My clients range from private individuals to large companies. I really enjoy the technical aspects and trying to solve a tricky problem, as well as working with clients to try and pre-empt potential litigation and avoid a dispute arising in the first instance.
I am a member of the Property Litigation Association.
