Victor Matts is a consultant in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team in the Stratford upon Avon office.
He specialises in company formations, shareholder agreements and business sales and purchases, in particular the sale and purchase of nursing and residential care homes. Other areas of expertise include employment contracts and commercial property development work. He worked for three years in the family building business and File & Data Storage, which was then sold to Oyez Straker. He joined Lodders from Pinsents in Birmingham in 1990. Victor is a Governor of King Edward VI School Stratford upon Avon.
